Elaine Ghidelli

Elaine was born in Hanford and raised in Riverdale where she enjoyed life on the family dairy farm and the comfort of close-knit community. She was a member of St. Ann’s parish where she was active in music and youth ministries. She later graduated from Fresno State where she majored in Agricultural Economics, followed by a 23-year career in dairy commodity sales. Elaine later relocated with her family to Visalia where she currently resides and is a member of St. Mary’s parish. As an active member of that parish, she has served on the George McCann Memorial School and School Association, Out Lady of Fatima committee and various other boards. For the past twelve years Elaine has served as the Director of Community Relations for Sunrise Assisted Living of Fresno. Elaine has two daughters and a five-year old grandson, Jackson.

“It was like a call to action when I heard there was a need for members on the KNXT Board of Directors. As a community advocate for the elderly and senior populations in the Fresno Diocese, it proved to be an opportunity to serve in a way that directly impacts seniors, especially seniors confined to home, hospitals or living in health care facilities. I fully recognize that for many elderly, the Catholic and faith-based programing that KNXT provides may be the only source of celebrating and participating our Catholic Faith, in a very meaningful, accessible way. Therefore, my commitment to the continued growth in services and programing for KNXT is paramount for the future, as the senior population continues to grow here in the Central Valley.”
